Gentle Flow & Restore
Sundays, 10am to 11am, Online
Developing a compassionate attentiveness to how we are in the body, mind and heart is an effective way to soothe the nervous system and relax muscle tension. The class begins with gentle, breath-led movement before moving on to soothing restorative postures. Come with pillows, blankets, eye bags, or whatever props you can find around the house that will make you feel warm and comfortable. Request the zoom link here

Wednesday Class
Restorative Yoga
Sundays, 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Sink into deep rest with this gently nourishing restorative yoga class. Designed to cultivate stillness in both body and mind, this practice supports your nervous system in shifting into the parasympathetic “rest and digest” state.With the support of pillows, blankets, and any other cozy props you have at home, you’ll be guided into long-held, comfortable postures that invite the body to soften and the breath to slow. Yoga in the workplace
Bringing yoga into the workplace is a great way to support your employees in moving their bodies and calming their minds. You can choose to offer a weekly lunchtime slot or one-off wellbeing workshops. I teach slow, mindful classes that focus on soothing the body and mind and are open to all levels and abilities.
